About the day
As the winter season approaches it's time to nourish and strengthen your body and mind to embrace the magic of the colder months. Our "Welcome the Winter Wellbeing Day" is a restorative day retreat designed to help you prepare for winter by energising and nurturing your body boosting your immune system and fostering inner calm.
The day begins with an invigorating yoga session to awaken your body accompanied by a delicious cacao drink and energising energy balls. Next dive into a hands-on fermenting workshop where you’ll learn how to strengthen your gut and immune system through the power of fermented foods.
A nourishing plant-based lunch will follow then the afternoon offers a deeply relaxing yoga and breathwork session to ease tension and enhance mindfulness. To close the day you'll participate in a group activity where you’ll create a powerful immune-boosting tonic to take home keeping you prepared and supported throughout the season.
