This stunning woodland clearing provided the perfect spot for a Christmas-themed fermenting workshop. We made spiced fermented carrots and delicious red cabbage sauerkraut.. and enjoyed a yummy lunch by the fire, a perfect afternoon.
They came.. they saw.. they fermented! What a wonderful day. The delightful smells of garlic and ginger were drifting down Totnes High St as this lovely group got down to business. Well done all and enjoy you creations.
